The enrollment process involves multiple stages to ensure a seamless transition for prospective students. Beginning with initial intake, students express interest through website visits, open houses, or direct contact with admissions. Detailed course information is provided, encompassing curriculum, prerequisites, and costs, followed by application and document submission.

Admissions staff review these materials for prerequisites, sometimes including an interview. Upon acceptance notification, an enrollment agreement is signed, with tuition payment and course registration following suit. New students attend orientation, receive materials and IDs, and commence classes with ongoing academic support.

Completion results in certificates, and post-graduation, some schools offer job placement aid. The specific process may vary based on school policies, emphasizing clear communication and support throughout.

Enrollment Process

  • You can fill out our intake form online and/or you can book with us to schedule a call.

  • Your Highschool Diploma or GED

    If you are a transfer from another State and/or School, you will need your transcripts.

  • Yes. The application fee is a non-refundable $150.00 and will be applied towards your tuition.

 

Course Information

  • If you are applying for a continuing education course to receive a license in Master Esthetics, you must currently hold an active WA State Esthetics license to take the continuing Master Esthetics course. (Additional 450 hours)

    You must be a WA State licensed esthetician in order to take (We do not give credit hours based on experience.)

  • 4 times a year. We only accept 8 students at time.

 

Tuition and Payment

Note: Please remember that we offer “in house” interest free payment plans. You must pay your balance before the end of your graduation. The “Aspire” financing is optional and is through ACU. They have longer payment options as well as lower payments. We have no affiliation or influence on the rules, terms and conditions determined by ACU.

  • You are responsible for school supplies such as notebooks, pens, paper, electronics and your state board kit.

  • We do offer payment plans. Please check out our payment options below.

  • We offer up to (4) $1,000 Scholarships a year. This award will go towards the cost of your tuition and must be used for the following enrollment. Please follow us on Instagram to lookout for our Scholarship Posts through the year.

 

Class Schedule and Attendance

  • ● We only offer full time, however our schedule was created based on the requests of previous inquiries.

    ● Day: Monday - Wednesday (8:30am - 4:30pm) / 10 hours of Online Training that can be done anytime during the remaining days of the week.

    ● Evening: Monday - Wednesday (5:30pm - 9:30pm), Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm) / 10 hours of Online Training that can be done anytime during the remaining days of the week.

Online Learning Options

  • Yes. No distance learning as most of the curriculum is spent “in-person.”

  • Desktop Computer and/or Tablet.

 

Equipment and Supplies

  • You will need a computer and/or tablet to complete your “online” work.

  • Yes. We will receive a Digital “E-Tstbook” along with your Online Training. You will also receive a binder with resource documents and your clinic “sign off” sheets.

 

Graduation and Beyond

  • When you complete the course, you will receive a Certification and you will be ready to take your WA State Boards. You will be required to take both a written and practical state exam. Please see rules and requirements on the WA State DOL Website.
