Courtney Roberts proudly serves as the esteemed Head Instructor at the prestigious Olympia School of Advanced Skincare. With six years of unwavering commitment to the esthetics industry, she has been diligently running her own independent studio and achieving incredible milestones along the way. She has refined her craft, with specializations in Lash Extensions, PMU and advanced techniques related to all things brows. Courtney attributes her skills and expertise to her extensive training at Arch Salon and Spa, where she received her PMU certification, and also at Fosbre Academy, where she graduated in both her Master Esthetics and Instructor Master Esthetics degrees.

Fosbre Academy was where she discovered her passion for teaching. She found myself utterly engrossed in the process, eager to soak up every ounce of knowledge she could and shared it with my students. While she is skilled at performing services, it is her sincere love for guiding and educating aspiring professionals that fills her with pride. There is no greater reward for her than seeing the expressions of satisfaction on her students' faces when they perfect their practice and come to realize their potential.

Aside from her passion for skincare and beauty, she has an avid love for books, which occupies most of her free time outside of work and family commitments. Speaking of family, her beloved husband and two children are the absolute center of her world, and she cherishes every moment she can spend with them. She believes that being a great leader and mentor begins with a strong sense of self-care, so she always ensures to take time for herself, whether it's with a captivating novel or enjoying a revitalizing beauty treatment.
